Mission
Teach and Reach exists to help elementary students build a healthy, lifelong relationship with curiosity through free, hands-on STEM experiences delivered in their own classrooms.
Principles
Students first
Every decision is judged by whether it actually makes a kid more curious. Lessons are engaging and built around the students in the room.
Safe and supervised
A school staff member is present during every classroom visit, and volunteers follow all school visitor and safety policies.
Free to schools
Classroom visits are offered at no cost to participating schools.
Questions matter
We encourage students to wonder, ask, try, and learn without feeling that every moment needs a right answer.
Student-led
High school students design, organize, and lead the program, creating a near-peer connection with younger learners.

We document lessons and program materials so future student leaders can continue growing Teach & Reach.
